One Lightspeed,
one vision.

They were growing rapidly through acquisition and wanted to make sure their global workforce, customers, and partners felt united and confident. We knew their corporate events were the place to start.

Our goal was to make these functions meaningful and impactful by creating stimulating environments that highlighted collective engagement.

Community,
inspired.

Event attendees from around the world engaged with each other on our proprietary platform ‘Holoscene’. Through Holoscene, they took part in team-building activities that fostered a deeper sense of community. Thanks to the platform, we could track employee preferences and interactions, which allowed us to deliver hyper-personalized and exciting content and rewards.

In 2022, we organized a week-long in-person event for Lightspeed in the heart of Quebec City. Headlined by the leaders of Lightspeed and a special A.I. “master of ceremonies,” the week was filled with workshops, conferences, team-building activities, and three eventful evenings. More than facilitating learning or having fun, the week created a sense of connection among Lightspeed employees worldwide, making them feel like part of a close-knit community and giving them confidence in the future of their workplace.

We committed ourselves in the typical HAUS OF PARK way, and it paid off. After the 2022 program of events, 93% of participants said they felt proud to be a part of Lightspeed, while 90% of participants had a clear understanding of Lightspeed’s long-term vision and how their roles contributed to the company’s success. The collective engagement undoubtedly created a deep sense of community among Lightspeeders worldwide.

The success of these events meant Lightspeed entrusted us with even more. Starting in 2023, we began developing engagement mechanisms to bring Lightspeed’s customers and partners into the fold to help reach the company’s strategic objectives.
