Genetec experienced huge growth and expansion pretty rapidly. They knew they needed to unite their global workforce and create a lasting vision for their company, ASAP.
Enter HAUS OF PARK. We used our expertise in experiential solutions to curate an impactful events program that would help realize their goals.

Being involved in every step of the programming process allowed us to gain a deep understanding of Genetec’s values, culture, and goals. This made it easy to create a custom events program that centered their mission and values.

First, we engaged Genetec staff in collaborative co-creation workshop sessions, which helped us gather the data we needed for our unique activation blueprint. Next, we used this blueprint as the foundation for Genetec’s variety of programs, like corporate summits and year-end parties.
We focused on employee behavior, emotion, and engagement, so Genetec’s events became more than just ordinary gatherings—they left a real impact on Genetec’s employees and stakeholders and fostered a sense of community and purpose.

Not only did the program achieve their desired goal—bringing their global workforce together and establishing a lasting, holistic vision—Genetec’s 2022 program of events left 96% of participants with a true sense of belonging and a clear understanding of the long-term vision of the company.
