To visit a store in person, the experience needs to be immersive and hyper-personalized. The job was perfect for our progressive, tech-driven agency. Using cutting-edge contactless biometric technology, we transformed our client’s flagship Toronto store into a hyper-personalized shopping journey.

We started by assembling a team of 50 industry-leading experts to design an innovative store experience. They conceived and built multiple touchpoints, including an interactive cube, device bar, browsing table, and flavor wall, to name a few.

The first touchpoint includes a contactless biometrics engagement tool that better personalizes each customer’s shopping journey.

The gamified interactive cube is the next immersive experience, there for brand awareness and engagement.

Visitors then proceed to the education screen and trial and flavor walls, where they get to know products in a novel way.

Before leaving, customers can visit the infinity room with its dynamic visual content for the ideal final touch to the experience.
