Our team oversaw the management and planning of the show from start to finish. We were the central point of contact between Balenciaga, SUB (the creative and scenography team), La Mode en Images, light and sound designers, security, and hosts.

We also handled all the production and logistics on-site, from ensuring dressing rooms were fully equipped, to designating hair and makeup areas, to providing seating and equipment. Adapting the trade floor screens was difficult to achieve, but we managed it with our signature tenacity and co-ordination.

Balenciaga’s Resort 2023 runway show was not only iconic but historic: it marked the first time the public had been allowed on the Stock Exchange trading floor since 9/11.
We played a critical role in ensuring that this historically significant event, attended by the fashion and art world’s cultural elite, was executed exactly as planned. Thanks to our trademark attention-to-detail and expertise in event planning and management, Balenciaga’s Resort 2023 show was a major success.
